Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026. These terms govern access to CannaPlan, a compliance, operations, and training platform provided by CannaPlan LLC for licensed cannabis operators and professionals.

Using CannaPlan

The service may be used for lawful compliance, operations, and training within licensed cannabis businesses. Account holders are responsible for their credentials and activity.

Subscriptions, data, and changes

Paid features require an active subscription. Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, and registered users will be notified of material changes.
